    the vitamins in vitamin waters are all man made synthetic vitamins. they very “flimsy” vitamins so to speak and dont really do much. you’re better off with regular water. Or if you can stomach it add some good quality grey sea salt to a cup of water instead. grey salt is filled with yummy minerals and real vitamins. just dont do it too often as its also a diretic and can be slightly dehydrating. other than that you’ve got some good ideas :)
