What excersize good work in the gym to reduce the appearance of cellulite on the legs? About how much time elapses before they begin to see results? Cardio excersize not help cellulite?

    you can do long streches and a low weight work out. you want you skin to grown heathly an there are some viatems to take like E and Iron to help. Also there are many lotions to help aslo.

    Stretch (10 min), Run (20 min), Stretch (10 min)

    every other day.

    Results will come in 6 – 8 weeks.
