5 Simple Steps To Consistently Get Your Butt In The Gym And The Butt You Always Wanted (part 2 Of 5)

What I do is focus on the direct benefits in the measurement of their success, but focus on the indirect benefits in thinking about it, feel how great your new body.

How do you feel when your heart to do

How long can you do your heart

Its flexibility

How can lift

If your pain is reduced
