How can i loose the cellulite in my legs?

I have to be on my thighs and looks horrible.Quiero los! If you do not know what cellulite looks like, its size? Bchen bit like, but I’m in my muslos.Hellppp please!

    you have to break up the cellulite in your legs, its just fat clogs, get a roller or just use your hands to roll and kneed on the cellulite to break it up, then run around your block or walk at least twice a day.

    cellulite cannot be lost by dieting, fasting, lotions, etc. the only way to reduce cellulite is do a lot of cardio and drink lots of water.

    There is a product called NIVEA and you go get the bottle that says bye bye cellulite you get the lotion, the patches, and drinking substance and use it for 4 weeks and you should see a huge improvement in your cellulite !!!!!!!!!!!

    Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.

    Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

    The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don’t eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

    The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or lipodissolve come in handy.

    You have to:
    – avoid fast food and sodas
    – massage your problem areas
    – scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
    – use a contrast shower
    – go for some body wrapping procedures.

    Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! :) . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

    Did you try leg exercise? I know how it feels, you may need to turn to cellulite creams like revitol for assistance.
