    THIS EXERCISE IS SOOOOO HARD! ahhh! well maybe its harder for me cause i lift my legs much higher but seriously this is such a good butt workout. i have a super strong butt and legs but this gets them sore everytime :)

    i couldnt balance on the ball that easy in the begining but later on , after working on my abs, i could balance very well .. good luck :)

    I tried this at the gym today… I had a hard time getting balanced on the ball. I think that I have fairly good balance… Can you give me any tips on how to feel more balanced on the ball?

    cardio is the only thing that works to remove fat, but since you cant spot reduce your gonna have to be patient, weights will only tone your arm [im having the same trouble] also cut out carbs from your diet see if that works.
