How to Get a Firmer Rounder Butt in One Week

Your Butt Firmer and Rounder in 6 Days – Part 2

In part 1, I gave you an exercise that helps to radically improve the shape of your butt… making it more firm and rounder. In this article, I’ll give you a 2nd exercise that complements the first exercise I mentioned in part 1.

This is perhaps the best shaping exercise you can do for the butt… and you can do it at home.

To recap briefly. In part 1 I mentioned how your butt can atrophy and flatten out due to sitting for long periods of time. So if you sit down a lot throughout the day, just be sure to get up every 15 minutes or so to provide some fresh blood and circulation to your butt. This will do a lot to minimize the “flattening out” effect of sitting too much and too often.

In part 1 I mentioned the wall squat. For this article, I will talk about “isometric butt squeezes” for improving the shape of your butt.

The isometric butt squeeze is easy and can be done anywhere at anytime… including at work or in your car. You can do it standing up, sitting down, or lying down. I recommend that you do it lying face down for best results.

Here’s how you do it…

Tense and squeeze your butt really hard. Really squeeze it together. Now hold that tension for at least 15 seconds. If you can hold it for 30-60 seconds, even better. After you’ve done 1 set, rest for 30 seconds or so and repeat.

For the best results, your goal should be to do this exercise for 5 minutes a day… holding each repetition for as long as possible (up to a minute).

Within 6 days you will notice an improvement in your butt’s shape. Within a month of doing this exercise for 5 minutes a day, your butt will be way more firm and a lot more round.
