How to Have a Sexy Beach Body Butt 365 Days a Year
I doubt there is anyone woman out there that does not have the desire to have a sexy beach body butt. All women want to look sexy and be desired by everyone they encounter. As spring and summer approaches the desire to look great for the pool or beach becomes a priority for many.
Women are always on the lookout for the right clothing and tips to make their butt look firmer and sexier. A sexy firm butt gives them a sense of pride and confidence when looking in the mirror or going out in public.
If you want to get that firm, sexy beach body butt you will need to perform exercises that burn fat and follow a fat burning diet. You should not have to spend your hard earned money on gym memberships, special workout equipment or trainers to get that sexy look.
If you commit yourself to performing the following routine you should soon find your butt looking firmer and sexier.
Walking and jogging are excellent ways to firm up your butt and benefit from a cardiac standpoint. Riding a bicycle, tennis, swimming, and beach volleyball are also excellent ways to help firm your backside.
The following are two great exercises that will help firm and round the butt for that sexy look.
1. Front Lunges – stand with your feet shoulder width apart, carefully step forward with your left foot. Bending at the knee, bring your leg forward until the knee is over the ankle. Hold for a count of 2 then push back with your left foot returning to the starting position and repeat with the right leg. You should use caution when first starting this exercise to avoid losing your balance. Holding onto the back of a chair with one hand may be necessary until you have adjusted to the movement. When you first start out only use your body weight. As you become more skilled and conditioned you may want to consider adding dumbbells or a light barbell across the shoulders to increase your success at getting that firm, sexy butt. Try to do at least 5 lunges per leg, rest, then repeat for a total of at least 3 sets. As your strength improves work up to 12-15 repetitions for at least 3 sets.
2. Squats – begin by standing with your feet apart and squat down, keeping your back straight, until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Return to standing position and repeat several times. Try doing at least 5 repetitions for 3 sets then build up to 12-15 repetitions as your conditioning improves. You can also use a chair to help keep your balance or simply squat and let your butt touch the chair before rising to the standing position.
It is imperative that you perform some stretching prior to and after performing the above exercises to avoid injury to the muscles and tendons. Taking the time to gently stretch out your lower back, thighs and calves will help prevent injury, decrease muscle soreness and make you more successful at achieving that sexy beach body butt.
If you get bored or can not perform the above firming exercises try other forms of exercise that involves the use of your legs and butt. Kickboxing is offered by many healthclubs and is an excellent way to firm the butt and legs as well as benefit from a cardiac standpoint.
Remember you can not get that firm, sexy butt with exercise alone. You must watch your calorie intake as well as engage in firming and fat burning exercise.
If you burn off 500 calories with exercise or or eliminate 500 calories from your diet you will lose one pound per week. Monitoring your calorie intake as well as exercising will help get you ready for the beach and keep you ready all year long.
You no longer have to just dream of have that sexy beach body butt. Investing just 30 minutes to an hour a day, three times per week will help you get that sexy butt others will admire.
