			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Best Cellulite Exercises for Easy Cellulite Reduction</strong></p>
<p>It&#8217;s no secret. Cellulite reduction is a common wish amongst women of all ages, regardless of body weight or body fat. Women spend billions of dollars on cellulite treatments and cellulite creams every year, usually with little or no lasting results. There are tons of articles out there giving you &#8216;the answers&#8217;. (And I don&#8217;t mean the ‘advertorials&#8217; that are trying to sell you anti cellulite cream, lotion or pills.) The truth is, your best weapons in your battle against unwelcome cellulite and the burning question ‘how to get rid of cellulite&#8217;?, are a smart nutritional routine and a consistent, properly structured home workout program consisting of targeted anti-cellulite exercises.</p>
<p>Anti cellulite nutrition focuses on minimally processed, high nutrient content foods. Salads, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins such as fish, turkey, beans and eggs are at the top of the list for foods that promote cellulite reduction.</p>
<p>As for the properly structured cellulite exercise workout program, I&#8217;ve put together a butt, hip and thigh routine which you can incorporate into your current workouts if you have one. This routine specifically targets the areas where cellulite tends to ‘hang out&#8217;.</p>
<p>Bear in mind, I&#8217;ve been training people since the late eighties. Speaking strictly from experience, I can tell you that the following routine is responsible for helping many women dramatically change the appearance of their cellulite areas.</p>
<p>- Lying on your side, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:</p>
<p>1) Bring both knees forward so your hips are at a 90 degree angle. Then straighten your top leg out in front of you, still keeping 90 degrees at the hip. Lift the top leg slowly about three feet off the ground &amp; down.</p>
<p>2) Straighten both legs so your body is in a straight line. Tilt the hips forward slightly. Lift the top leg about three feet off the ground &amp; down.</p>
<p>3) Repeat on the other side.</p>
<p>- On the elbows and knees, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:</p>
<p>1) Extend one leg straight back with your toe on the ground. Lift that leg up toward the ceiling &amp; down. Then switch legs.</p>
<p>2) Lift your knee off the floor. Extend that same heel back and up so your leg is pointing toward the ceiling &amp; then bring the knee back into you. Then switch legs.</p>
<p>- Standing up, do 10 reps of each anti cellulite exercise:</p>
<p>1) Start with your feet together. Step out in front in to a lunge position. Touch the ground with opposite hand. Come back up &amp; step back to the starting position. Then switch legs.</p>
<p>2) Put one foot up on a step (12 &#8211; 18 inches high). Slowly step up and down with the other foot. Then switch legs.</p>
<p>If this routine is easy try going through it twice. If you still need more of a challenge, increase the reps to 15 or 20 per set. Do this anti cellulite exercise program two to three times per week and you&#8217;ll soon realize that you have found a true cellulite treatment that will also save you a lot of money that you would be spending on cellulite treatments, creams and lotions that never work. Remember, &#8216;it&#8217;s all in the exercises&#8217;.</p>

And, I&#8217;m willing to bet the more sitting you are doing the less exercise you are doing. Am I right or am I right?</p>
<p>TWO &#8211; You gotta stop working out like a freaking nut case&#8230; You can exercise &#8217;til you cripple yourself and pass out &#8211; But that doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;ll get rid of your depressing cellulite. Yes, exercise does help get rid of cellulite, its one of the few things (arguably the only way) that does work in this regard &#8211; BUT it must be the right type of exercise program &#8211; If it is not, you&#8217;ll just be wasting your time, risking possible injury (and possibly making the cellulite worse). I&#8217;ve seen this happen time and time again over the years. And I still see women doing this.</p>
<p>THREE &#8211; [My personal favorite] Have a lot of hot and steamy sex&#8230; Now I&#8217;m not suggesting you to start acting like an easy fluzy &#8211; or is it floozie? Whatever it is &#8211; you know what I&#8217;m talking about. If you are in a good and steady relationship &#8211; then put some more emphasis on the &#8216;physical&#8217; part of it. <p>It&#8217;s no secret that there are scam cellulite treatments in the form of exercise gadgets, creams, lotions, cellulite wraps and pills just to name a couple, that are actually causing more cellulite problems on women&#8217;s toughest trouble spots. The FDA and the FTC are constantly putting the squeeze on companies that market these rip-off products and programs to unsuspecting women.</p>
<p>But even with this type of policing &#8211; innocent women are still falling victim to body harming cellulite treatments. Here&#8217;s a perfect example:</p>
<p>A typical woman gets so furious about the cellulite bumps and dimples on her lower body and finally decides to start an exercise program, something she really doesn&#8217;t want to do. But since the girl that does her manicures told her that she heard exercise gets rid of cellulite in the legs, butt, hips, thighs and tummy&#8230;</p>
<p>She joins the local gym and gets put on an exercise program with all the typical weights and machines &#8211; which is the equivalent of feeling the need to break an egg&#8230; with a friggin&#8217; sledge hammer for heaven&#8217;s sake&#8230;</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to note this type of situation can happen many ways &#8211; like a helpful husband who buys the wife a trashy piece of anti-cellulite exercise equipment, or the boyfriend encourages his girlfriend to join Curves circuit training for ladies&#8230; just too many to list here.</p>
<p>So she gets into the exercise routine &#8230;busting her butt for a few weeks &#8230;the initial muscle soreness diminishes and she&#8217;s cruising along doing two or three hard leg, butt, thigh and ab workouts every week.</p>
<p>But every time she strips down to naked before getting in the bath or shower &#8211; she glances in the mirror and the dimply bumpy skin is still there with no cellulite reduction at all &#8211; maybe just a little stronger in the legs &#8211; BUT with a few new aches and pains in her back, knees and hips to go along with the first stages of humiliation and anger.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to note here, this happens with all the rip-off cellulite scams and bogus treatments on the market.</p>
<p>But here is where the problem lies&#8230; exercise, wait let me be more specific, the &#8216;proper exercises&#8217; will reduce and banish cellulite on the legs, butt, hips, thighs and tummy. However, general exercises that are prescribed to the masses &#8211; are not designed to specifically get rid of cellulite on a woman&#8217;s lower body</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a great analogy that illustrates this perfectly:</p>
<p>Do you remember that scene in Rocky where he beats the daylights out of the side of beef hanging in the meat locker where Paulie works?</p>
<p>When he&#8217;s done killing the side of beef with all he&#8217;s got &#8211;  it still in one piece,  however it&#8217;s badly bruised, pretty bloodied, and obviously battered with some broken ribs. Later that same hunk of beef which took a vicious pounding, gets sliced, trimmed and cut into a few dozen pieces with a small, but razor sharp butcher&#8217;s knife without the weak butcher breaking one drop of sweat or getting out of breath</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the lesson &#8211; the butcher got the precise job done, properly, with the right tools and the targeted method</p>
<p>Which takes me back to the fact about nasty cellulite treatments that actually make the condition worse &#8211; the horrific opposite of what women want!.</p>
<p>So the woman we were talking about earlier is now a few more weeks into her cellulite reduction exercise program and she&#8217;s convinced the cellulite is not reducing, on the contrary &#8211; as much as she doesn&#8217;t want to admit, she&#8217;s realizing the cellulite is getting even worse.</p>
<p>Truth be told, an exercise program that doesn&#8217;t get rid of lower body cellulite &#8211; won&#8217;t prevent it from getting worse and spreading either. Mean, but still true nonetheless.</p>
<p>Easy to understand, right?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>“Cellulite” is one of the most feared words for any woman to hear. Cellulite is a specific type of fat that has found its home on the buttocks and upper thighs of millions of females. Unfortunately for the women who have it, cellulite is considered to be the most unsightly forms of body fat. Its appearance can best be described as resembling lumpy, cottage cheese.</p>
<p>But the worst thing about cellulite is that once it finds its way to your body, it is extremely difficult to get rid of. Even though it is essentially just body fat, it does not get burned with normal fat burning methods. Instead, staring in the face of a sound diet and exercise routine, it defiantly hangs on for dear life, refusing to give your butt and thighs the tight, smooth appearance you are working so hard to achieve.</p>
<p>There are many different theories about what causes cellulite. Some experts believe that estrogen may play a role in its formation. This would explain why women get cellulite much more commonly than men do. Others believe that toxins in the body affect the fat cells and cause cellulite to develop. Still others just attribute it to the simple fact that you are carrying too much body fat in the affected area.</p>
<p>In an attempt to get a definitive answer on the “real” cause of this problem, I recently interviewed a prominent plastic surgeon about his take on the topic. I respect his opinion since he has performed hundreds of liposuction procedures on women who suffer from this very problem.</p>
<p>He strongly believes that the appearance of cellulite is caused by a problem with the flexibility of the connective tissue. In other words, he believes that if your connective tissue flexibility is compromised, your fat cells can bulge upwards to the surface of the skin, giving the area the unattractive cottage cheese look.</p>
<p>Since there is such a wide variety of opinion on this topic, it is clear that the true cause of cellulite is not fully understood by the scientific community. Maybe one of the above theories is accurate. Perhaps it’s a combination of all of them.</p>
<p>The good news is that whatever the precise cause may be, I have developed a multi-faceted approach that will literally blowtorch the cellulite right off your butt and thighs! My system addresses all of the potential causes of this cosmetic hardship. Here it is in a simple, step-by-step format.</p>
<p>1. Improve the integrity of your connective tissue. This is best accomplished by eating foods that are rich in bioflavonoids and vitamin C. Some foods that are particularly loaded with these nutrients are: citrus fruits, cherries, peppers, all types of berries, oranges, grapefruits and green leafy vegetables.</p>
<p>2. Flush toxins out of your body. The easiest way to begin this process is to drink plenty of pure water. Be sure to drink at least half of your bodyweight in ounces everyday.</p>
<p>3. Minimize your bodies exposure to toxins. Being exposed to some level of environmental toxins are unavoidable. But there are many toxins that can be avoided without any trouble. This would include cigarette smoke (first or second hand), excessive alcohol consumption, unnecessary medications, etc.</p>
<p>4. Keep estrogen levels in check. This can be accomplished by eating plenty of cruciferous vegetables daily. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage contain a substance named indole-3-carbinol (I3C). This substance has been shown to have a positive effect on estrogen metabolism. In addition, these vegetables also assist in detoxifying the body.</p>
<p>5. Lose excess body fat. Although cellulite has some unique characteristics, it is still body fat. So if you were to lose body fat correctly, you would minimize or totally lose that cottage cheese appearance.</p>
<p>Let’s start by addressing your diet. You should use a diet that doesn&#8217;t allow your insulin levels to get chronically high. Chronically high insulin levels prevent cellulite from being burned, thus making your fat loss efforts futile. To keep insulin levels in the optimal range, you should eliminate sugar, red meat and processed foods from your diet. Now let’s address the exercise protocol.</p>
<p>To any woman who has tried, it’s no secret that traditional exercise does nothing to reduce cellulite. In a desperate attempt to lose cellulite, most people perform daily aerobic workouts. I’ve actually known aerobic instructors who teach 6-8 hours of aerobic classes each day and still have stubborn cellulite. This is obviously not an effective approach.</p>
<p>Instead, you should perform high-intensity sprint training. Sprinting works the hamstrings (back of the legs) and glutes effectively while elevating your metabolism significantly.</p>
<p>Combine this with resistance exercises that target the affected area while simultaneously stimulating lean muscle, and you have a potent exercise program that will enable you to lose cellulite quickly. Some of my favorite resistance exercises for losing cellulite are: Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts, KB Swings, and Band Good Mornings.</p>

<p>Cellulite reduction is one of the most profitable areas of the beauty industry. Not because the passive treatments work &#8211; but because they are all deceptively marketed at desperate women &#8211; who don&#8217;t even know what cellulite is. The beauty and cosmetics industry can get away with a lot &#8216;trickery&#8217; when it comes to advertising their cellulite treatment products because most of what they sell is for superficial, passive use.</p>
<p>More on the legal stuff later&#8230;</p>
<p>Do you know this type of woman?</p>
<p>She looks great in her &#8216;sexy jeans&#8217;&#8230; She looks amazing in a form fitted skirt&#8230; and she actually looks like a &#8216;hottie&#8217; in her workout gear&#8230; But when she&#8217;s naked &#8211; she can&#8217;t stand to look at her trouble spots in the mirror because of her cellulite&#8230;</p>
<p>A bikini is out of the question&#8230; the short little dress won&#8217;t see the light of day&#8230; and her man is only allowed to &#8220;see her&#8221; with the lights off&#8230;</p>
<p>She doesn&#8217;t know why she has it. She&#8217;s heard so many different &#8216;theories&#8217;. And she&#8217;s wasted hundreds, if not, thousands on supposed &#8216;cellulite treatments&#8217; &#8211; only to find more disappointment and frustration when her cellulite got worse, instead of better&#8230;</p>
<p>She may have even tried &#8220;the gym thing&#8221; &#8211; doing the same routine every other members does &#8211; again only to find the cellulite is still there&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>She loves her weight, her size and even her shape&#8230; All she wants is to be cellulite free&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Truth be told there is only one <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>proven</strong></span> way to get rid of cellulite. And yes, it is &#8216;exercise&#8217; &#8211; but it&#8217;s not just any old fitness routine&#8230; The effective way to banish cellulite is with a specifically structured, laser-targeted cellulite reduction exercise program.</p>
<p>In order for the program to deliver the desired results, it must include these six principles called, R.E.D.U.C.E.</p>
<p>R.E.D.U.C.E.<strong> </strong></p>

<strong>4</strong> &#8211; Utilize &#8216;items&#8217; in your home for a complete lower body, anti-cellulite exercise program &#8212; items such as a cushioned chair or couch, a firm ottoman, and a pantry step stool are ideal&#8230;<br />
<strong>5</strong> &#8211; Concentrate on moving from one exercise to the next <span style="text-decoration: underline;">with no more than</span> 20 seconds between sets &#8212; this is an important element for the cellulite reduction effect&#8230;<br />
<strong>6</strong> &#8211; Expect visible cellulite reduction to start within 2 &#8211; 3 weeks if you get your lower body sessions in three times per week (some women can get away with just two sessions per week).</p>
<p>It is widely know that cellulite affects women of all ages, body types, and body weights.</p>
<p>Unfortunately this allows for a lot of unscrupulous marketers of &#8216;hyped up&#8217; products, to take advantage of desperate and hopeful women. They employ sneaky advertising tactics that prey on the emotional pain of this large target market &#8211; bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars in profits year after year &#8211; WITHOUT delivering the promised results&#8230;</p>
<p>But even when a woman tries the &#8216;exercise&#8217; approach to cellulite reduction &#8211; she usually falls victim of simply not being on a cellulite-specific exercise program&#8230; Hence perpetuating her constant battle with all the ways her cellulite affects her daily life, attitude and happiness&#8230;</p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve &#8220;tried everything&#8221; with no results to show for your efforts -take a close look at your exercise program (if you are on one right now) and see how you can incorporate the principles of R.E.D.U.C.E. outlined above.</p>
<p>Most of all just be aware that the only way to get rid of the &#8216;orange peel&#8217; look of your &#8216;problem zones&#8217; is by <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">proper</span></strong> stimulation of the muscles <span style="text-decoration: underline;">directly beneath</span> your cellulite areas &#8211; not with some &#8216;bodybuilder&#8217; routine, not with a magical rub-on cream and not with a vibrating toxin releasing massage treatment.</p>

Yes, exercise does help <strong>get rid of cellulite</strong>, its one of the few things (arguably the only way) that does work in this regard &#8211; BUT it must be the right type of exercise program &#8211; If it is not, you&#8217;ll just be wasting your time, risking possible injury (and possibly making the cellulite worse). I&#8217;ve seen this happen time and time again over the years. And I still see women doing this.</p>
<p>THREE &#8211; [My personal favorite] Have a lot of hot and steamy sex&#8230; Now I&#8217;m not suggesting you to start acting like an easy fluzy &#8211; or is it floozie? Whatever it is &#8211; you know what I&#8217;m talking about. If you are in a good and steady relationship &#8211; then put some more emphasis on the &#8216;physical&#8217; part of it. And don&#8217;t be a bump on a log who just lays there and takes it without expending some of your own energy and passion.</p>
<p>If you want the real benefits of permanent cellulite reduction &#8211; you have to take the &#8216;bull&#8217; by the horns (or &#8216;the horn&#8217; in this case) and work it, baby. It&#8217;s horrible &#8211; your father hasn&#8217;t made love to me with the lights on in about 35 years, maybe longer &#8211; now that I think about it &#8211; the rotten bum hasn&#8217;t made love to me in 35 years with the lights off either!
