I really thought I was in shape until I asked them to make this video and they said I had to be in it. I tried to hide in the back but somehow the found me. These ladies worked hard and had a lot of fun. This workout is great for anyone wanting to get in shape, improve their aerobics conditioning and try something new. The newest great workout combining aerobics and the Kinetic Bands for twice the benefits. Thank you Ladies.</p>
